2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring two forms of authentication: your password and a verification code. This guide will walk you through the process of using 2FA to safeguard your account.

When logging into oboloo, you will need to either use your company email address and password or use single sign-on.

If you're using your email and password, you will need to also provide an authentication code, better known as a two-factor authentication code (2FA). Once you have entered your email and password on your organisations oboloo login page, you will see a section to input this code.

At the same time, an email with your two-factor authentication code will be emailed to your email address.

Simply input this code within the login page on your browner to complete the login process securely. 2FA ensures that even if your login credentials are compromised, unauthorized access to your account is mitigated.

Key Considerations & Best Practices

2FA is Mandatory – This feature is enabled for all users and cannot be turned off for security reasons.

One-Time Use Codes – A new 2FA code is generated each time you log in and must be used before it expires.

Check Your Spam Folder – If you do not see the 2FA email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Ensure Secure Email Access – Since your 2FA code is sent via email, ensure that your email account is secure and accessible.

Do Not Share Your 2FA Code – This code is unique to your session and should never be shared with anyone.
