💡 Tip: Users are signed out of all of their active signed-in oboloo sessions when their password is reset.
💡 Tip: Administrators and users with access rights to the user management page can update another users password on behalf of that user, under the Security tab within the users record page under settings.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Forgot Password Page

  • Go to your organization’s login page.

  • Click on the “Forgot Password” link located below the login fields.

2. Enter Your Registered Email Address

  • On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your account.

  • Double-check for typos to ensure the reset link is sent to the correct address.

3. Submit the Reset Request

  • Click the "Send Reset Link" button.

  • A confirmation message will appear, informing you that a reset email has been sent.

4. Check Your Email

  • Open your email inbox and look for a message with the subject “Password Reset Request”.

  • If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

  • If you still haven’t received it, try resubmitting the request or contact your administrator for assistance.

5. Reset Your Password

  • Click the reset link provided in the email.

  • You will be redirected to a secure page where you can create a new password.

  • Enter your new password, confirm it, and click "Reset Password".

6. Log In with Your New Password

  • Once successfully reset, return to the login page.

  • Enter your email and new password, then click “Log In”.
