We’re sorry to see you go! This guide will walk you through the process of cancelling your subscription using our Stripe customer portal.
Cancelling your Subscription
1. Access Account Management: Go to the "Settings" menu on the left-hand main menu and select "Account Management."
2. Manage Subscription and Billing: Click on the "Manage subscription" button. You will be redirected to the oboloo plan management page.
3. Current Subscription card: Scroll down to the Current Subscription card on this page

4. Cancel Subscription button: Click on the red cancel subscription button. A popup will appear which gives you important information on cancelling your oboloo subscription. Please ensure you read this in full. Once happy, click the Cancel Subscription button on this popup.
5. Login to Stripe Customer Portal: You will be directed to the Stripe Custom portal. Input your oboloo primary user email address into the Stripe customer portal. A login link will be sent to that email address. Click the link within that email to access the portal.

6. Cancel Subscription: In the customer portal, find and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
Confirm Cancellation: Once you confirm cancellation, your subscription will end for all users with a license on your next billing date. You will retain access to oboloo until that date.
Reactivating Subscription: If you change your mind, you can come back to the customer portal at any time to reactivate your subscription if needed.
Important Notes
Primary User Requirement: Only the email of the user who originally signed up for the trial can access the customer portal. If you need to change the primary user on the account, please reach out to support.
Access Until Billing Date: After cancellation, you will still have access to oboloo until your next billing date. All user licenses will remain active until then. At your next billing date, all licenses will be cancelled and all users within your organization will no longer be able to access your oboloo domain.
Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription anytime by logging back into the customer portal and following the prompts.
