Archiving scorecards helps keep your workspace organized by removing unused or outdated scorecards from active view without permanently deleting them.

Archived scorecards remain accessible for future reference and can be unarchived when needed.

🚨 Important Notes:

Archived scorecards cannot be applied against a supplier or sent to a supplier until they are unarchived.
Archived scorecards can still be accessed by using the Archive Status filter in the Scorecards view.
To restore an archived scorecard, use the Unarchive option, which is available in the same Actions menu used for archiving.

When to Use This Feature

✅ When removing outdated scorecards from active view while keeping them accessible.

✅ When preventing scorecards from being used while under review.

✅ When retrieving and restoring archived scorecards for future use.

Step-by-Step Guide

Archiving a Scorecard

1. Navigate to Supplier Management

  • Open the Supplier Management section from the main menu.

2. Click on Supplier Scorecards

  • Select Supplier Scorecards to access all existing scorecards.

3. Search for the Scorecard You Want to Archive

  • Use the search function to find the scorecard you want to archive.

4. Click the Actions Menu

  • Locate the scorecard in the table and click on the three-dot Actions menu next to it.

5. Select the Archive Option

  • Click Archive to remove the scorecard from active view.

6. Confirm Archiving

  • A confirmation message will appear. Click Yes to confirm.

  • The scorecard will now be archived and will no longer appear in the active Scorecards view.

Viewing Archived Scorecards

  • To view archived scorecards, use the Archive Status filter at the top of the Supplier Scorecards table.

  • Select Archived to display all archived scorecards.

Unarchiving a Scorecard

1. Locate the Archived Scorecard

  • Use the Archive Status filter to find archived scorecards in the Supplier Scorecards table.

2. Click the Actions Menu

  • Locate the archived scorecard and click on the three-dot Actions menu next to it.

3. Select the Unarchive Option

  • Click Unarchive to restore the scorecard to the active view.

4. Confirm Unarchiving

  • A confirmation message will appear. Click Yes to confirm.

  • The scorecard will now be restored and can be applied to suppliers or sent as needed.
