The eSourcing Chat function allows you to communicate directly with the buyer during a sourcing activity.

You can use it to ask questions, request clarification, or receive important updates. Each supplier has their own private chat with the buyer, and there is also a broadcast channel for announcements that go to all suppliers but cannot be replied to.
