Archiving and unarchiving savings records helps keep your data organized by removing outdated or irrelevant savings records from the active view without permanently deleting them.

This ensures that only current and relevant savings records are visible, while archived records remain accessible if needed.

To view archived savings, simply use the filter 'Archive Status' on the main table on the Savings Management home page table

  • When needing to retrieve and restore archived savings records.

  • When organizing savings data to improve tracking and reporting.

Step-by-Step Guide

Archiving a Savings Record

1. Navigate to Savings Management

  • Open the Savings Management section from the main menu.

2. Select the Savings Record to Archive

  • Locate and open the savings record you want to archive.

3. Click the Archive Button

  • Within the savings record, click the Archive button.

4. Confirm Archiving

  • A confirmation message will appear. Click Yes to archive the savings record.

  • The record will now be archived and will no longer appear in the Savings Management table.

Viewing Archived Savings Records

By default, archived savings records are hidden. To view archived savings records:

  • Use the Savings State filter on the Savings Management table.

  • Select the Archived option to include archived savings records in the table view.

Unarchiving a Savings Record

1. Navigate to the Archived Savings Record

  • Locate the archived savings record by using the Savings State filter.

2. Click the Unarchive Button

  • Within the savings record, click the Unarchive button.

3. Confirm Unarchiving

  • A confirmation message will appear. Click Yes to unarchive the savings record.

  • The savings record will now reappear in the active Savings Management table and can be linked to projects and activities.
