When to Use This Feature
When adding a new team member to the system.

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Navigate to User Management
Click on Settings from the left-hand menu.
Click on Users to open the User Management section.
Step 2: Create a New User
Click on the Add New User button.
A user creation popup will appear on the right-hand side.
Fill in the required details for the new user, including:
Full Name
Email Address
Role and Permissions
Licence Assignment (if applicable)
π Note: If a user is assigned a licence, they will receive an email with their login details.
Step 3: Save the New User
Click on the Add User button to complete the creation process.
The new user will now appear in the Users Table.
Step 4: Verify the New User
Use the search field above the user table to find the user you just created.
Click on the newly created user in the table to open their profile.
Step 5: Edit User Details (Optional)
In the User Profile, you can:
Edit user details.
Adjust permissions or access rights.
Assign or revoke licences.
