When your client requests information from you via oboloo, they will send a questionnaire, known as a scorecard on the supplier side of the platform.

This is used to gather specific details about your organization, such as compliance, sustainability, financials, or other relevant information required for their procurement processes.

Your client uses oboloo to manage supplier relationships and evaluate responses efficiently. This guide will walk you through how to access, complete, and submit your questionnaire response in the supplier portal.

When to Use This Feature

✅ When you receive a request from your client to complete a questionnaire.
✅ When you need to review previously submitted questionnaire responses.
✅ When ensuring all requested information has been provided to your client.

Step-by-Step Guide: Completing a Questionnaire Response

Step 1: Access the Questionnaire Request

  • You will receive an email notification from oboloo informing you that your client has requested a response to a questionnaire.

  • Open the email and click on the "Respond to Questionnaire" button.

  • You will be directed to the supplier login page.

📌 Note: For security purposes, you will need to enter the unique authentication code provided in the email to log in.

Step 2: Navigate to the Questionnaires Tab

  • Once logged into the supplier portal, click on the Questionnaires tab.

  • Here, you will see a list of all questionnaires that your client has requested a response to.

  • Each questionnaire will have a status to indicate whether it has been completed or still requires a response.

📌 Understanding the Status of a Questionnaire:

  • Complete – This questionnaire has already been submitted. You can view the responses by clicking on the View icon.

  • Incomplete – This questionnaire still requires a response.

💡Note: Scorecard requests can be cancelled by the client. If a request is cancelled, the supplier contact who received the original scorecard request will be notified by email. The cancelled scorecard request will also be removed from the supplier’s Scorecards tab and will no longer be available for completion.

Step 3: Begin Responding to the Questionnaire

  • To start completing a questionnaire, locate one with the status "Incomplete" and click the View icon.

  • A popup will appear displaying the different categories of the questionnaire.

  • Under each category, you will find one or more questions that require a written response.

Step 4: Answering the Questions

  • Read each question carefully and provide the necessary information.

  • Continue through each category until all questions have been answered.

📌 Note: Some questionnaires may contain multiple sections, so ensure that all required fields have been completed before submission.

Step 5: Submitting the Questionnaire Response

  • Once all questions have been answered, click the green "Submit Your Response" button.

  • If you receive a notification stating that all requested information must be completed, go back and check that no questions have been left unanswered.

  • Once successfully submitted, your client will receive an instant notification, and they can begin evaluating your response.

Step 6: Reviewing Past Questionnaire Responses

  • If you need to check a previously submitted questionnaire, go to the Questionnaires tab.

  • Locate a questionnaire with the status "Complete" and click the View icon.

  • You can see the submitted responses, including who submitted them and when.
