Navigate to the eSourcing module from the left-hand menu.
Locate the sourcing activity you want to cancel from the Sourcing Home Page.
Use the search bar or filters to quickly find the activity.
Click on the sourcing activity to open its details.
Step 2: Initiating the Cancellation Process
Inside the sourcing activity record, locate the red "Cancel" button at the bottom left-hand side of the page.
Click "Cancel" to begin the cancellation process.
Step 3: Confirming the Cancellation
A confirmation prompt will appear asking if you want to cancel the sourcing activity.
Click "Yes" to proceed with the cancellation.
📌 Once cancelled:
Suppliers will no longer be able to submit responses.
The sourcing activity cannot be reopened.
Step 4: Notifying Suppliers of the Cancellation
After confirming the cancellation, oboloo will automatically notify all invited suppliers via email.
This ensures:
✔ Clear and professional communication
✔ Suppliers do not continue preparing responses
✔ Positive supplier relationships are maintained
Step 5: Activity Status Updated to "Cancelled"
The sourcing activity's status will automatically update to "Cancelled" in oboloo.
The event will be moved to the Cancelled status within the system.
