Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access the Supplier Portal
Open the email notification sent by your client.
Click on the Upload Documentation button within the email.
You will be redirected to the oboloo supplier portal.
Enter the Reference Code from the email into the login field.
Click Log In to access the upload page.
Step 2: Locate the Document Request
Once inside the portal, navigate to the Supplier Document Request tab.
This section displays all supplier document requests from your client, including:
Requested documents
Any notes from the client
Current upload status
Find the document request that has the status "Awaiting Upload." A client can also send you a document to download, review and upload.
Click Upload under the Actions column.
Step 3: Upload Your Document
Enter a document title to help identify the file.
Click Choose File to select the requested document from your device.
If required, enter an expiry date. If your document does not have an expiry date, leave this field blank.
Step 4: Submit the Document
Click the Upload Document button to submit the file to your client.
Once the upload is complete, your client will receive a notification confirming the submission.
The client will then be able to review and approve the document as needed.
