Step-by-Step Guide: Adding Supplier Questionnaires to a Sourcing Activity

Step 1: Select Supplier Questionnaires

  1. Navigate to the Supplier Questionnaires page within the Sourcing Wizard.

  2. Use the table view to browse available questionnaires.

  3. Click on the eye icon under the Actions column to preview a questionnaire.

    • This will display the questions, categories, and weightings included in the questionnaire.

📌 Note: This is usually the fifth page of the Sourcing Wizard if Supplier Questionnaires were selected on the first page.

Step 2: Add Supplier Questionnaires to Your Activity

  1. Select the Supplier Questionnaires you want to include.

  2. Click the "Add to Activity" button.

    • This will add the selected questionnaires to your sourcing event.

Step 3: Review Selected Questionnaires

  • The Selected Supplier Questionnaires Table (below the main table) shows all questionnaires added to the sourcing activity.

  • This helps confirm which questionnaires have been included.

Step 4: Remove Selected Questionnaires

  1. Locate the Selected Supplier Questionnaires Table.

  2. Click the delete icon next to any questionnaire you want to remove.

    • This will remove the questionnaire from the sourcing activity.

Step 5: Use Table Filters to Find Specific Questionnaires

  • Use the table filters to search for questionnaires by:
    The user who originally created the questionnaire
