Exporting savings data allows users to download a list of savings records in CSV format for further analysis or reporting.

Only users with the appropriate access can export savings records within oboloo. To find out more about user access rights, please check out the user access rights user guide

When to Use This Feature

  • When generating reports on savings records.

  • When analyzing savings data outside the platform.

  • When sharing savings information with other teams or stakeholders.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to the Savings Management Page

  • Open the Savings Management section from the main menu.

2. Click on Savings Management

  • Select Savings Management to access the main savings management module.

3. Click the Export Button

  • Locate and click the Export button above the Savings Management table.

  • The savings records will be exported in CSV format and automatically downloaded to your device.

Requesting Access to Export Savings

If you are unable to export savings records, you may not have the necessary permissions.

  • Contact your System Administrator or Superuser to request access.

  • If access is granted, retry the steps above to complete the export.

Key Considerations & Best Practices

Ensure You Have Export Permissions – Only authorized users can export savings data.

Use CSV for Data Analysis – The exported CSV file can be opened in Excel or other data analysis tools.

Keep Savings Data Secure – Ensure exported data is handled according to your organization's security policies.
