Approving contract documents ensures compliance and proper tracking within the system.
Document History: All approvals are logged, and the document's status will indicate that it has been approved for audit and compliance purposes.
If a document against a contract is not approved, it will not be considered an active document and therefore will not appear in any analysis within oboloo or trigger any automated notifications until approved.
