Cloning a supplier scorecard allows users to quickly create a new scorecard using the same criteria as an existing one.
This feature is especially useful when replicating scorecards created by other users, as it eliminates the need to rebuild them from scratch.
🚨 Important Notes:
Benefits of Cloning a Scorecard
✅ Time-Saving – Avoid manually recreating scorecards by using an existing one as a template.
✅ Consistency – Maintain uniform evaluation criteria across multiple scorecards to ensure standardized assessments.
✅ Customization & Ownership – Once cloned, the scorecard is fully editable, and the user who cloned it owns the new version.

1. Navigate to Supplier Management
Open the Supplier Management section from the main menu.
2. Click on Supplier Scorecards
Select Supplier Scorecards to access all existing scorecards.

Key Considerations & Best Practices
✅ Clone When Needed – Use cloning to repurpose existing scorecards instead of building new ones from scratch.
✅ Edit the Cloned Version – The cloned scorecard is now fully customizable, allowing you to tailor it to your needs.
✅ Ensure Cloning for Ownership – If you need to edit a scorecard created by another user, cloning is the only way to gain editing rights.
✅ Maintain Consistency – Cloning allows you to create consistent scoring structures across different suppliers while still enabling customization.
