Sourcing Owners are responsible for overseeing and managing sourcing activities in oboloo, such as RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
Sourcing Owners receive automated and custom notifications related to supplier messages, response submissions and evaluation progress ensuring sourcing events remain actively monitored from start to finish.
When a sourcing activity is created, the creator is automatically assigned as the primary Sourcing Owner. Additional owners can be assigned at any time to share responsibility, improve oversight, and ensure continuous progress tracking and communication with suppliers.
This guide will walk you through the process of adding, managing, and tracking sourcing owners.
